Reinhard Willfort erlernte den Lehrberuf des Nachrichtenelektronikers bei Siemens, besuchte anschließend zuerst die Abend-HTL für Berufstätige im Fach Elektrotechnik in Graz Gösting und absolvierte anschließend ein Studium Irregulare Telematik und Wirtschaft an der TU Graz.Von 1997 bis 2001 war Willfort als Innovationsforscher an der TU Graz mit den Schwerpunkten Innovationsmanagement und Kreativitätstechniken beschäftigt. 2000 promovierte er in den Fächern Innovations- und Wissensmanagement mit Auszeichnung. Reinhard Willfort ist Gründungsmitglied des Wissensmanagement-Forums und Mitglied im Board des Know-Centers - Österreichs Kompetenzzentrum für Wissensmanagement.Er verfasste mehr als 60 Publikationen, ist Lektor in den Fächern Innovations- und Wissensmanagement an verschiednen FHS und war maßgeblich am Aufbau des Masterlehrgangs Innovations- management an der Donau-Universität Krems beteiligt und betreut diesen bis heute.2001 gründete er die Innovationsschmiede ISN - Innovation Service Network und leitet diese bis heute. Willfort begründete 5 weitere Unternehmen und betreut viele Top-Unternehmen im Innovations- und Wissensmanagement. 2012 initiierte er mit 1000x1000.at die erste Österreichische Crowdinvesting-Plattform. Er ist Gründungsmitglied und Executive Board Member des European Crowdfunding Network und damit Promotor einer der modernsten Entrepreneurship-Initiativen in Europa.Reinhard Willfort started his career as telecommunication electrician at siemens, then visited the HTL for electrical engineering in Graz Vösting and finally completed his study of irregular telematics and economy at the TU Graz.From 1997 to 2001 Willfort worked as innovation researcher at the TU Graz with focus on innovation management and creative techniques. Reinhard Willfort ist founding-member of the knowldege management forum and member of the board of Know-Centers - Austrias competence center for knowledge management.He wrote over 60 publications, works as lector in the subjects of innovation- and knowledge management and was involved in the development of the master's degree program for innovation-management at the Donau University Krems, which he is still supervising.In 2001 he founded ISN - Innovation Network Service which he is leading. Willfort founded five more companies and besides he supervises some top innovation- and knowledge management companies. In 2012 he initiated the first Austrian Crowdinvesting-Platform together with 1000x1000.at. He is also a founding member and executive board member of the European Crowdfunding Network.
