Get to know fascinating personalities, connect with speakers and visionars in a personal setting and seize this unique opportunity and be part of our think tank. For our GLOBART Academy between the 21. and 23. of September we are awarding numerous scholarships.

The Austrian Think Tank GLOBART grants many scholarships for the GLOBART Academy in September! One scholarship encompasses the participation fees for the entire Academy as well as free accommodation and catering costs for four days in Krems an der Donau. The scholarship are especially designed for pupils, students, military- and civil servants and Young Professionals who are interested in social, technological, socio-political, environmental and educational themes while having fresh perspectives and willing to contribute with creative inputs.

If this is the solution, then I want my problem back – and then back to the start!

Problems arise from solutions of even older problems! In the Academy-afternoons we are looking for innovative solutions for a future-oriented society. We are going to address two different fields – a bilateral theme as well as a specific regional theme. With conclusion of the academy we present the jointly developed ideas and forward them directly to political and economic stakeholders. We want to act actively in shaping the future according to our own perceptions. (Limited number of participants)

Newspaper – Good News, Everyone! – The world is filled with solutions

You have your own project or initiative and you are looking for a platform to further develop your idea or to get new insights? Then send us in advance your concept, vision or ideas. We design a newspaper and hand it out during the academy.

Blog/FIlm/Fotograph

Passionate writer as well as (hobby-) photographer and filmer here is your chance. During the academy you have the opportunity to blog, film and take pictures and we are going to upload your comments, videos and photos directly into the world wide web. This is also another platform to present your own projects and initiatives!

Publication GLOBART Academy 2017

Take the opportunity to publish an article! Every year we print a publication with academic articles by the publisher de Gruyter. This year you are getting the chance to write your own article. Whether about your own theme, a theme from the academy or maybe you already present a solution from the workshop, you are free to choose your topic. One to three articles will be presented in the publication.

It is also possible to come up with your own ideas and proposals. Your creativity and inventiveness has no limits!
