Martin Fritz

Martin Fritz is a curator, adviser and publicist in Vienna. As a publicist, as well as on behalf of various artists and art institutions, he handles questions of concept, structure, organisation, site-specific art and cultural development and politics. In 2011 Martin Fritz served as a curator for the exhibition “Beziehungsarbeit – Kunst und Institution” (“Relationwork – Art and Institution”) in the Wiener Künstlerhaus. In the summer of 2013 his essay “Humanism, Pluralism and Globalisation” was published in the context of his research project”60 Decades International Summer Academy for Fine Arts in Salzburg”. A more recent research venture is dedicated to “Museum uses in the Hofburg in the 20th century”.
