Spiekermann-Hof Sarah

Born in 1973 in Düsseldorf. PhD and habilitation at the Humboldt University Berlin, where she was the head of the Berlin Research Centre on internet economics between 2004 and 2009. Today professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, head of the department of business economics and commercial information technology. She deals with computer ethics and conflicts in internet economy. In 2016 her book “Ethical IT innovation – A Value-Based System Design Approach” was published. Goal of her work is both an ethical, more reflected design of technology as well as a better understanding of human expectations and the access to technology.
